Carter turns 7!!!
This was the year of wanting "spy" gear, ninja turtle legos and books!
The morning of Carter's Birthday was Cole's horseback riding lesson. Preston had to work so I brought Caroline and Carter with me and Cole. At the end of Cole's session Caroline and Carter got to have a ride too! What a fun Birthday surprise!

Heidi and Savannah came to visit us last weekend. We had such a wonderful time with them. I think we would like to adopt Savannah, the kids loved playing with her.
Caroline kept referring to Heidi as the "babysitter's Mom". :)
But it didn't take long to figure out that they were our family and they were here to have fun!
We went to the Perot Nature and Science Museum and the kids got to race an animal or an athlete or a dinosaur.
Caroline raced a cheetah.
The boys raced some kind of water dinosaur.
