This is how we look after 3 hours at church.

This is what I'm doing for 2 hours at church (and Preston has the last hour). Chasing Caroline up and down halls and around the building. Only 12 more Sundays until Nursery. Someone make me a chain!

Caroline's dress is one that my niece, Avery, wore at my wedding!

Smoothie season! It is here...a little early. We have a smoothie almost daily when it gets so hot outside and fruit is cheap. Easy way for my kids to get their fruit/veg intake. Just don't tell them what is in it.

Preston and I went with some friends to a play-off game last week. Best part of the night was sitting right next to the Mavs ManiAACs (AKA-Male Dancers!) And the Mavs won.

Sitting by my favorite ManiAAC (dancing not included) bummer.

During those long school days while Cole is away Carter gets a little lonely.

Boys' Day Out

I took the boys to the "All Kids Count" special-needs activity day at a local ranch. Karee had to stay home with our poor, hives-stricken Caroline.

The boys had a blast playing games, horse-back riding, dancing (Karee's help was sorely missed), face-painting and other activities with volunteer kids from nearby high schools. The big hit for Carter was the collection of superheroes (particularly Batman). He wanted to follow them home to their batcave.

Carter wants Karee to rock the Batgirl costume for Halloween this year.
