Puppy Love

We are officially smitten.  Jenny Leigh and Lance drove up from Houston this weekend and brought their 4 month old chocolate lab Jake...and the rest is history.  We need a dog.  How in the world could we do a dog when days go by that we don't even look in the backyard?  I guess for now we will just have to dream about one, or keep having visits from Jake. 

McCall

We spent a few days up in McCall at the cabin so the boys could snowmobile.  

They loved it and spent hours each day riding on them or being pulled behind them.

Christmas in Boise

We just got back last week from a wonderful holiday trip to Boise. One word can sum up the best thing about our trip....SNOW! The boys loved it. They did pretty much everything you can do in it....sledding, snowmobiling, eating it. I thought for sure when they went out in freezing temperatures they would turn right back for the house, but I guess Texas hasn't ruined them yet. Thanks to our wonderful host and hostess (Grandma and Papa) who spent countless hours entertaining the boys, entertaining the boys, and entertaining the boys. No really, thanks for the wonderful Christmas experience. We hope you all had a memorable holiday.
